Specialisation
Jack is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with experience across a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints. He has a particular interest in the spine and lower limb rehabilitation but is not limited to these areas. Jack provides a variety of hands-on treatments such as massage, mobilisations, shockwave, and ultrasound.
Jack is also a Qualified Sports and Exercise Scientist with a keen interest in strength and conditioning and the role it can play in optimising performance and injury avoidance.

Other Experience
Jack has spent a large amount of his career working simultaneously between the NHS and a specialised private practice on the south coast of England. Throughout his time split between these two environments he has amassed a wealth of knowledge treating patients with varying health conditions and fitness levels.
Interests
Jack loves most things that involve activity or adventure. He has what he refers to as a healthy addiction to sport. He is currently focused on jujitsu, boxing and other combat sports.
