Treatment Terms & Conditions

Treatment and Assessment

You agree to undertake physiotherapy (& or massage) and acknowledge that all assessments and treatments will be undertaken by a chartered, state registered physiotherapist, in the case of physiotherapy assessments. While massage treatments will be carried out by appropriately qualified and insured massage therapists. You understand that with certain conditions, and for massage treatment, a degree of undress may be required and that this will be explained to you at the time by the therapist (*please bear this in mind when dressing for the appointment), as will any treatment techniques or any electrical modalities used. In the case of physiotherapy, following an examination and assessment, an explanation of the therapist’s opinion and proposed treatment will be given to you. Any treatment or interventions carried out by the physio or massage therapist will be done so with your informed consent. You are entitled to be accompanied during assessment and or treatment if you so wish.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. A £40 charge will be levied if you give less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment (if the appointment is booked for a Monday and you wish to cancel, please contact us by 4 pm on the Friday before). This will be levied to you not your insurance company. Should you cancel two appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice of the booking date you will need to pay for your next appointment in advance. 

Sharing Your Personal Data

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential, and will be shared only with your GP, referring Consultants or other relevant medical professionals. We will only share your data with the above listed third parties outside of Central Health Physiotherapy with your consent.

Card Payments

Card payments are processed through Stripe: when saving a Credit or Debit card monies will automatically be taken from this card once you have attended your session. (If you are booking through our Online Portal then payment is taken in advance when the booking is made.)
Please note we only accept AMEX as a form of payment via our online booking system.


Promotional code or Discount code must be quoted when booking an appointment.

All appointments are subject to availability. A code can only be used once by any individual (unless stated otherwise). Promotions are non-transferable between services. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including other promotions.

Cannot be used for direct billing to insurance companies. Where an end date is stated, booking must be made prior to this date, with appt taken within 2 weeks.
