Isometric Shoulder Strengthening Clock Face Exercise Exercise Video

An exercise to improve strength and control around the shoulder blade and shoulder joint. Can be a useful exercise both post shoulder surgery but also as part of a rehabilitation programme following shoulder injury.

Video Transcription

Place your hand onto the wall at shoulder height. Keep your elbow straight and hand fixed to the wall. Imagine a clockface around your hand. Push with your hand for three seconds to each number on the clockface. Hold, and then relax.
