Knee Extensions By Wall Exercise Video

A strengthening exercise for the quadriceps and hamstring muscle groups. Excellent exercise for team sports (football, rugby, hockey, netball), tennis and running. Especially useful for those with whom other knee exercises are painful.

Video Transcription

To perform this exercise, place your feet against the wall, have your hands just wider than shoulder width apart.

Try to maintain a straight back while your bend and straighten your knees.
