Running in Water Hydrotherapy Exercise Exercise Video

This is a great progressive exercise for those wishing to return to running following lower limb surgery or injuries. The water offloads the joints and allows you to work hard without causing pain and inflammation. You can use an aqua jogging belt to further offload if necessary, then progress to running without the belt and then vary the depth of the water. The shallower the water the harder the exercise.
