Front of Shoulder Stretch Exercise Video

A stretch for the front of the shoulder including the joint capsule and chest muscles.

Video Transcription

Rest your hands as close to your ears as is comfortable or behind the back of your head. Allow your elbows to relax out to the side and down towards the floor, until you feel a stretch. Hold this position for ten seconds, then allow the elbows to lift back to the start. Repeat this exercise.
