Chest & Shoulder Stretch Exercise Video

An exercise to stretch the muscles in the front of the shoulder and the chest region.

In sitting, lift the chest bone gently upwards and forwards, set your shoulder blades and then take your hands out as far as you can reach, as far as comfort allows. Feel the stretch through the front of your chest, hold, and then relax.
