Thank you so much for being so kind and for treating me this morning. It was a tremendous relief and I was hugely impressed by your knowledge and approach. Thank you very much indeed. I will definitely come back to see you. I cannot wait for a long slow weekend and will be sure to follow your advice. You’re fantastic!

I’d previously received treatment from a work physio which had no real impact on   my exercise related injury. Shefali was incredibly attentive in listening to the specifics of my injury and enthusiastic about getting it sorted.

I attended CHP throughout 2017 where I was in the care of Shefali Desai. Shefali treated hamstring and calf problems for me.  Playing sport all my life I have had a lot of experience of physiotherapy and can tell quickly if someone is good or not.

From the first conversation and treatment I had with Shefali I could tell that she was extremely good.  She speaks about your condition in an informed and scientific manner, gets to the root of the problem very quickly and in my opinion is excellent at administering treatment.

On top of all this, Shefali is the most delightful person – always incredibly friendly, infectiously bright, energetic and positive. I don’t know if Shefali ever has bad days but if she does she certainly doesn’t show it.

Thank you Shefali.

Shefali’s expertise was evident from the outset and her warm manner made the sessions really enjoyable. On top of that it only took her a handful of sessions to get me back to full fitness.

Shefali is amazing! She took time to really understand me, my habits etc to really understand why I had my back issues.  We had a few sessions together and she really got under the skin of the issue and really helped me.  I would not hesitate to recommend Shefali for anyone with back complaints.  It is clear she is passionate about what she does which makes her so good at what she does.

Your approach to the issue was skillful, thoughtful and friendly. My arm is now fine and I am enjoying playing tennis again. Thank you again for your kind and effective attention.

I called upon Shefali when I developed knee problems just before a big cycle ride. I spent an hour with her – in which time she analysed the problem and gave me some great advice. She provided clear and practical advice. In the space of an hour we got through a lot – she was incredibly efficient and effective. I will definitely go to see her with my next physio problem.
DS

I started seeing Shefali as I was experiencing knee pain during and after running. In our initial consultation Shefali was very thorough and soon diagnosed an ITB Band issue.

Shefali was knowledgeable, motivating and a pleasure to work with throughout the couple of months that I had regular appointments with her, and was always happy to answer any queries or questions I had. Doing the exercises which Shefali gave me, got me back running again and I haven’t suffered any ITB Band issues since.

I would definitely recommend Central Health Physiotherapy and Shefali to anyone who needs physiotherapy, and if I ever need physiotherapy again I would definitely go back to Shefali.
ED

Not only was Shefali a great physio but her enthusiasm is infectious and helps you to get and stay on the mend.

The knee is fine now – feels like a full recovery. Doing the core exercises Shefali recommended and feeling the benefit. The session was excellent. It was my first with a physiotherapist. Shefali was highly professional, thorough and reassuring. And she gave very good clear advice to send me on my way.

I contacted Central Health with a view to treatment for a persistent issue with neck.A few sessions down the line, not only has the problem been effectively tackled, but I have also come away with a simple exercise routine to help me manage the condition going forward. Many thanks to Shefali Desai. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Central Health in the future.
