Summary
Lynsey is a Sports Massage Therapist and is based at our Chelsea clinic. She has been working in private practice since 2009. Lynsey is passionate about her work and is dedicated to her patients to give them the best possible outcome from their treatments; relieving, reducing and resolving aches and pains caused by everyday life, as well as assisting in their preparation and recovery from any sporting events. Lynsey is also able to work with pre and post-op patients to assist alongside their physio rehab, and optimise their treatment goals.

Education
Lynsey graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Sports Therapy in 2008.

Having knowledge of these exercise programmes allows Lynsey to have a greater understanding of the demands placed on patients during exercise, which enables Lynsey to provide effective treatments for her patients.
Other Experience
Whilst working in Yorkshire, Lynsey worked with the Huddersfield Giants and Wakefield Wildcats Rugby League teams, as well as Huddersfield Town and Notts County Football Clubs.
She worked at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games as a Sports Massage Therapist based in the Polyclinic within the Athletes Village, as well as The Aquatics Centre. She also volunteered at the FINA Diving World Championships, one of the test events leading up to the 2012 Olympic Games.
In 2014, Lynsey also worked as a Sports Massage Therapist at The London Marathon, where she provided post-event massage.
