After several years of leg pain I finally found my way to Central Health. Under Lucie’s guidance I feel I’ve made huge progress – the everyday pain is markedly reduced and I’m able to start making tentative inroads into all the exercises I love but was unable to do. There’s still a way to go but Lucie has got me to a great place and armed me with the knowledge and exercises I need to hopefully make a full recovery. I couldn’t recommend Central Health or Lucie highly enough.
Lucie, thank you very much for seeing me yesterday and for your advice, including attached descriptions of the exercises. Just to mention that I found your professional approach very constructive and easy to relate to- you explain things very clearly, which is a real help.
