I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say that I completed the half marathon yesterday! Thank you for all your help over the past few months getting my legs sorted and ironing out any niggles, it’s really appreciated. ED
I used Central Health for a first-time sports massage and consultation after suffering some prolonged back pain. The staff were welcoming and the practitioner was friendly and informative, offering practical advice as well as a very effective massage. I will be visiting them again and would happily recommend this treatment to anyone looking to address their back pain problems and improve their physical wellbeing. GH
