I help runners and triathletes with a wide variety of pains and dysfunctions who need a thorough examination, comprehensive diagnosis and advice on adjustments in training to allow them to get back to sport in the quickest possible time.
Laura is an extremely experienced physiotherapist, whose combined interest in physiotherapy and sport make her a highly competent and forward thinking clinician. Her problem solving approach and passion for keeping people active makes her a dynamic and thorough clinician who will ensure that you are back to fitness as soon as possible.
Laura has over 14 years’ experience, during which she developed links with some of London’s top orthopaedic consultants. She has extensive knowledge across a wide variety of areas including: post-operative orthopaedic care, including ACL and joint replacement rehab , fracture management, vestibular rehabilitation, hydrotherapy and return to run rehabilitation. As a semi-professional triathlete, she has a keen interest in endurance based sports injuries, foot and lower limb biomechanics and high level rehabilitation. She is also a certified triathlon coach which means she is able to advise and modify training programmes to run alongside physio rehabilitation.
Laura stated her physio career at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, where she was based for five years. She has since been working privately across clinics in London where she has continued to develop her expertise across all areas of physiotherapy. Laura has varied experience across a range of different sports, she worked for Rosslyn Park Rugby club for five years and over the last four years has been working alongside an Elite Triathlon team where she is responsible for managing both acute and chronic sports injuries. This role involves working closely with a team of coaches to ensure that athletes are back to their sport as quickly as possible.

Laura is a semi-professional Long distance Triathlete who trains and races as part of an Elite Triathlon team. She currently fits in around 20-25 hours of swim, bike, run and spends her summer racing the European Ironman circuit.
