Katriona is an extremely thorough physiotherapist with great experience in busy clinics, hospitals and sports environments. She has a professional and friendly approach and will work with you to plan how to get you back to your best physical level.
Specialisation
Katriona specialises in the management and rehabilitation of spinal and joint problems, as well as sports injury management and rehabilitation. She has extensive post-graduate training in the assessment and treatment of running-related injuries. She also works within the Hypermobility Team where she has experience working with Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders and Hypermobile EDS.
Other Experience
Prior to joining Central Health Physiotherapy in January 2016, Katriona spent many years working in London hospitals, community musculoskeletal services and at a north London rugby club. She has worked in specialist musculoskeletal services which manage chronic pain, sports and exercise medicine, rheumatology and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation. Katriona has extensive experience in the sports injury/rugby field working both pitch-side and in rehabilitation off the pitch.

Outside of work Katriona is a keen netballer, and also a keen runner completing half and full marathons.
