I help people of all ages who have spinal problems, by offering clear assessment and treatment strategies, and taking them through a rehab programme, which might also include time to address health and wellbeing, work related issues and exercise routines, so they can achieve good short term relief, and equip them with a plan to manage longer term spinal issues.

Customer Reviews
I was so lucky to have had such expert care and kindness from Kate my physio, if it hadn’t been for her specialist knowledge and attention to detail, then I would never have got the correct specialist referral I needed and finally a correct diagnose! I will always be extremely grateful to her!

I would like to say a heartfelt “thank you” for all you have done in sorting out my shoulder and back. You have been absolutely wonderful in everything – from the recommendations of exercises, to the two surgeons whose injections made such a difference and the massages that eased the muscles when they got particularly tight.
For many years I am a patient of Kate Jupe with great satisfaction. She has been involved with the long and difficult rehabilitation after two spinal surgeries with complications. With her expertise and up-to-date knowledge she has managed to help me regain my strength and mobility. In addition to physiotherapy I am a big fan of her Pilates classes where she makes sure that you execute every movement correctly.
Overall, I am very impressed by Central Health Physiotherapy with its wide range of services and dedicated team. The deep tissue massages of Emily Low are also highly recommendable.
