Jamie cycles 30 miles a day to and from work and trains in the gym five days a week, as well as playing and watching football.

Following a total knee replacement, I attended a number of physio sessions with Jamie.  His approach and treatment were fantastic; he knew exactly which muscles needed strengthening and recommended a series of straightforward exercises that were easy to follow.  My rapid improvement is a testament to his skill and expertise.  Thank you, Jamie, you did a great job. I don’t have a Google account.  But I’d give you guys 5 stars.  I don’t think I’d have gone from the operating table in 2010 to running half and full marathons without the expert help of Central Health! JD
