Summary
Audette has a broad range and over 20 years of clinical experience and enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. She has a special interest in treating patients with spinal and upper limb disorders.
Specialisation
Back and neck pain, shoulder pain and dysfunction including post-surgical and -fracture rehabilitation. Shoulder instability, rehabilitation, complex painful spinal and upper limb disorders as well as Vestibular Rehabilitation.
Other Experience
Audette currently also works at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust as a Clinical Specialist in the Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal Outpatient department and alongside Orthopaedic and Radiology Consultants and in the Upper Limb Team managing complex and post-surgical patients. She leads the Upper Limb and Vestibular service at St Mary’s Hospital. She is keen on enabling and involving patients in the management of their condition where possible. She served as an executive member on one of the clinical interest groups of the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) for a number of years.
Education
Audette is originally from South Africa and qualified as a physiotherapist in 1995 at the University of Stellenbosch. She obtained a post graduate diploma in MDT (Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy) otherwise known as the McKenzie method from the University of Otago, New Zealand/International McKenzie Institute in 2006.

Audette enjoys being creative, good food, travelling, keeping fit and healthy and the outdoors.
