Summary
Ali has extensive experience in physiotherapy, honed over 20 years and is an expert in her field. She has treated all ages and all abilities from age 15 to 98 – young knees, old hips, middle-aged backs, broken bones, sprains and strains. She is passionate about exercise being central to a healthy body and mind. Her skill is to make her sessions both fun and focused and you will feel the benefit from the first session, in the treatment room, the gym, the pool or even outdoors.
Specialisation
Ali has experience working in the management and rehabilitation of a wide range of injuries of all joints, ligaments and muscles. She has a particular interest in lower limb issues, especially hip and knee. She is, however, not limited to this, as she has had years of experience treating all areas of the body. She has a great working relationship with London’s top consultants who will ask her to see their more complex lower limb patients.
Ali uses a range of treatments to prehab and rehab patients using manual techniques such as massage, mobilisations and acupuncture as well as ultrasound, shockwave therapy, hydrotherapy and exercise.

Interests
Ali likes doing park run, half marathons and full marathons year-round. In summer, she sails, swims, paddle boards and has recently taken to wakeboarding. In winter, she skis (off piste) and has started Crossfit daily challenges in our Chelsea gym.
