Team Classes

Team pilates classTeam classes provide health and fitness benefits and can be a great morale booster. Small classes of up to eight people can be arranged either in house or at one of our clinics.

Pilates Classes

Pilates is a great all purpose exercise and has overall effects of relaxation, strengthening and increased mobility.

Ski fit/Circuit Classes 

A lack of fitness can increase your risk of injury, ruin your ski holiday and lead to unnecessary time off work.  Attending these classes for at least 6 weeks before your trip can not only help to avoid injury but improve your enjoyment too.

Exercise can help specific problems, such as:

  • low back pain
  • neck and upper back stiffness and pain
  • knee and hip problems
  • tight hamstrings and calves
  • shoulder tightness

Corporate Programmes

For example:

  • 6 x 1 hour classes
  • 8 people maximum
  • morning, lunch time or evening
