Team classes provide health and fitness benefits and can be a great morale booster. Small classes of up to eight people can be arranged either in house or at one of our clinics.
Pilates is a great all purpose exercise and has overall effects of relaxation, strengthening and increased mobility.
A lack of fitness can increase your risk of injury, ruin your ski holiday and lead to unnecessary time off work. Attending these classes for at least 6 weeks before your trip can not only help to avoid injury but improve your enjoyment too.
Exercise can help specific problems, such as:
- low back pain
- neck and upper back stiffness and pain
- knee and hip problems
- tight hamstrings and calves
- shoulder tightness
- 6 x 1 hour classes
- 8 people maximum
- morning, lunch time or evening
