This includes a pre-physio assessment and programme setting, followed by 10 personal one-to-one training sessions and then a post assessment review.

During the assessment you will be given a knee score and asked to perform a number of strength tests before having a programme set for your individual needs and goals. This will be taken by a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist and will involve some video analysis, which will be re-examined on the completion of your course to highlight the improvements.
Extra classes can be bought at £15 per class or £120 for a block of ten classes.
All classes are run by a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a special interest in lower limb.
