Exercise during pregnancy is important and has many health benefits. It enables you to have a more positive experience of pregnancy, whilst preparing you for labour.
1 hour one-to-one sessions at a cost of £25 per session. Do you have a friend who is also pregnant? If there are two or more in the session, the cost reduces to £20 per person.
You must be at least 14 weeks pregnant.
