Online Fitness Classes

At Central Health Physiotherapy, we run small-group online Pilates and HIIT classes via Zoom video meetings. Keep reading to find out about the range of online classes we offer and how to book them.

Online Pilates Classes

Our 1-hour online Pilates classes are led by APPI trained physiotherapists or a qualified Pilates instructor. The classes are mixed ability, catering for all levels. Pilates involves mental and physical training to develop the deeper central core muscles in the back and abdomen. For this reason, Pilates can be very effective at dealing with muscle imbalances, releasing tight muscles and strengthening weak ones.

As well as helping to create a healthy body, Pilates can also target specific health complaint specific health complaints such as:

  • Neck and upper back stiffness and pain.
  • Lower-back pain.
  • Tight hamstrings and calves.
  • Shoulder tightness.
  • Knee and hip problems.

Online Group Pilates Classes

Maximum 8 people per Zoom class.

£15 per session.

We offer various classes on a weekly basis, so we are confident that you will find a session that suits. Whether you are new to Pilates or are looking to improve your technique, contact us today for more information.

Online HIIT Classes

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes are fast 30 minute metabolic workouts using a combination of bodyweight only exercises working big muscle groups at high intensity intervals that will set your metabolic rate through the roof!! A short period of working to the MAX creates a metabolic effect in the body and sends your post workout recovery into overdrive, ultimately burning more fat! If it feels easy, you ain’t working hard enough!

The objectives of HIIT classes in a nutshell:

  • Improve your metabolic rate.
  • Maximise fat loss and improve fitness.
  • Improve strength in all body groups.
  • Do the above in the shortest possible time.

Online Group HIIT Classes

Our 30-minute online HIIT classes are led by a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist. An effective way of building fitness in a short space of time, around your busy schedule. Why not join with a colleague or friend?

Maximum 8 people. £10 per class.

Online 1:1 Physio Fitness

If you would like more attention, or want a more tailored workout, we also offer online ‘Physio-Fitness’ sessions.

We have a 30 and 60-minute option,
