Now that it summer is here (albeit a little wet so far!), what better time to explore the outdoors. It’s the perfect time to remind ourselves of some of those New Year’s resolutions involving getting a little healthier.
Even better is that with a little bit of time spent searching the net it seems there are plenty of free activities and exercise options available.
Here are just a few ideas to get you started:
1 How about Guerrilla Yogis on a Sunday in Southwark? Kundalini Yoga Outdoor sessions with www.lebensart.co.uk
2 Not exercise strictly speaking, but there are free sessions of meditation in Covent Garden.
3 There are numerous outdoor gyms in parks all over London, so find your nearest one and head over there.
4 If you’re a runner who has been out of action for a while or just looking to start running, The sweatshop running community is a great place to start with free weekly runs! Click here to find one near you.
If injury has been keeping you out, see our guide to finding your best Physio in London.
5 With an abundance of great parks in London, there is no excuse to blow the dust off you bike and get on it. Through the summer the royal parks have free activities and traffic free rides.

6 Sweaty Betty! The name says all and what to expect! They not only sell work out clothes and equipment but also have free fitness classes.
