Based within Whitelands College and the esteemed Sport Roehampton Perform Better Centre our physiotherapy clinic attracts a wide spectrum of individuals from office workers to elite level athletes. We have use of the state-of-the-art exercise physiology and gait analysis labs where cutting edge technology is used to optimize assessment and treatment outcomes.
Working in conjunction with the strength and conditioning coaches, we offer a comprehensive biomechanical and sport specific screening service which is designed to highlight imbalance in the body. This is the ideal service if you feel imbalanced or experience pain during training or performing, despite previous treatment. Along with joint function and movement, muscle balance and alignment testing, we focus on the specific tasks and physical competence required for you to perform well in your chosen sport(s) or hobby and examine your current exercise and training programme. Using our high tech facilities we can analyse your dynamic control via video analysis and provide a report which can include specific exercise prescription, advice on equipment set up, body positioning, footwear and orthotics and general training advice.
Other services include massage and myofascial release therapy, biomechanical / gait analysis, podiatry, sports psychology.
