Physiotherapists

All of the physiotherapists at Central Health Physiotherapy are members of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with The Health Professions Council. With approximately 40 staff, Central Health Physiotherapy has a substantial base of experience and encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas. Physiotherapists are available to ensure service cover 52 weeks of the year.

The Occupational Therapists are all state registered and members of The Health Professions Council.

Post operative rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery.
Hydrotherapy

Ergonomic workstation assessment
Interests in chronic pain management and pain psychology
Pilates Instructor (APPI member 2010)

Experience

Acute inpatient and rehabilitation experience in both the NHS and private settings. Spent two years managing the condition management programme for a welfare to work company, specialising in chronic pain, mental health and ergonomics.

BSc Physiotherapy Kings College London 2008.

Other

Charis enjoys cooking and baking (especially cupcakes). She spends the rest of her spare time running off the extra calories in Hampstead Heath, spinning or learning salsa. She also teaches Pilates part-time.
