Trained in sport and remedial massage with the London School of Sports Massage, specialising in performance preparation and injury management for athletes, as well as remedial massage for long-standing physical issues.
Has worked extensively in the area of human structural integration, based on the principles of 'Rolfing', focusing on the realignment of the physical form to correct the imbalances caused by time and physical exertion. Pioneered this technique called Kinesis Myofascial Integration (KMI) in the UK.
Founding partner of Human Frameworks, providing a range of remedial therapies and solutions for injury and physical imbalance.
