Physiotherapists
All of the physiotherapists at Central Health Physiotherapy are members of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with The Health Professions Council. With approximately 40 staff, Central Health Physiotherapy has a substantial base of experience and encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas. Physiotherapists are available to ensure service cover 52 weeks of the year.
The Occupational Therapists are all state registered and members of The Health Professions Council.
Amanda Thomson MCSP
Central Health Physiotherapy since September 2005;
based at the Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth and works with all areas of respiratory medicine for both in and outpatients
Specialisation
Respiratory, with an interest in COPD care, from acute exacerbations and respiratory failure to pulmonary rehabilitation
Other experience
The London Chest Hospital for 3 years, specialised in to respiratory care, with an interest in COPD and non-invasive ventilation
