Health and fitness company Central Health offers an answer - a stress measurement and management service aimed at finding the best balance between week, activity, rest and sleep. Following an initial consultation the patient wears a heart-rate monitor belt for 48 to 72 hours, the idea being to measure everything they do. The data is then analysed and lifestyle changes are recommended, if necessary.
