If you are covered by medical insurance it is likely that they will cover the cost of your treatment (subject to any excess), as long as you have informed the company of your condition. Different companies have different procedures but usually we will send invoices directly to your health insurer if they have given authorisation to have treatment.
All invoices that remain unpaid by the insurance company 30 days after treatment will be re-submitted to the patient for direct settlement. We therefore strongly advise you to contact your insurance company before booking to clarify
• whether you need to complete a claim form
• whether you need a GP referral
• whether you have any excess liability / cost share arrangement on your policy
• whether you have a limit on your outpatient benefit or number of sessions allowed
• whether there are any other scheme or policy restrictions for physiotherapy

If you are paying directly for your treatment we require payment on the day of treatment and accept.
