A lack of fitness can increase your risk of injury, ruin your ski holiday and lead to unnecessary time off work. By attending these classes for at least 6 weeks before your trip can not only help to avoid injury but improve your enjoyment too.

- neck and upper back stiffness and pain
- knee and hip problems
- tight hamstrings and calves
- shoulder tightness
- 6 x 1 hour classes
- 8 people maximum
- morning, lunch time or evening
