Ante Natal Pilates

One to one sessions are available at St Johns Wood for £65 a session or £240 for 4.

Classes will be running at Chancery Lane from October on a Wednesday evening from 5.30-6.30p.m. £20 per session or £95 for a 5 week course.
You must be at least 14 weeks pregnant.

LIFE AFTER BIRTH
This unique class is a two hour interactive session specifically designed to optimise your recovery following the birth of your baby. Claire-Anne Head is the only physiotherapist in the UK who runs these courses. Providing you with expert information and guidance, it helps to allay your fears and address any concerns following the birth of your baby.
