Ante-Natal Pilates Classes
All our antenatal pilates classes and one to one sessions are led by our specialist chartered Women's Health Physiotherapist.
Exercise during pregnancy is important and has many health benefits. It enables you to have a more positive experience of pregnancy, whilst preparing you for labour.
Our antenatal pilates classes focus on breathing, gentle stretching while strengthening your deep abdominal, back, arm and pelvic floor muscles. The exercises are safe and specifically designed to help support your changing body, helping to make your pregnancy experience comfortable and pain free, whilst promoting the valuable skill of relaxation.
Regular pilates during pregnancy will facilitate your return to your pre-pregnancy physique following the birth of your baby, whilst helping to safeguard you against continence problems and prolapse.
Pilates is probably one of the safest and best methods of exercise and relaxation during pregnancy, so come and join us now and see the difference it can make!
One to one sessions are available for £65 a session or £240 for 4.
Classes will be running at Chancery Lane on a Tuesday evening from 5.30pm £20 per session or £95 for a 5 week course.
