Essentials Series for all
Rehabilitation Professionals

One day courses to provide insight into the fundamentals of different methods of conditioning and training. Each session will review basic training principles, and cover safety, equipment, and techniques of use. Attendees  will learn how to effectively perform the basic core lifts and movement patterns, in an easy to do, step-by-step process. They will also learn how to recognise and correct basic errors in technique.

Classes

Central Health provides either one to one, or group sessions. The number of participants in a group is no greater than eight and we offer both classes for beginners and more experienced / fitter people.
